It hard to go low sodium. I had vitamins, tomato soup (just half of a can), 1 slice of wheat bread, and mineral water.

My mother has to do a low sodium diet, and I wanted to see what it would be like. Everything has salt. :P

August 4 to 7 meals

8/4: Microwave Thai peanut soup, vitamins, cherry tomato, coffee with soy milk.

8/6:vitamins, b12 vitamins, butternut squash soup, orange juice, two garlic, cherry tomato.

8/7:tonic water, vitamins, orange juice, vegetable soup by V8

* I like to recycle the microwave soup dish and use them again for other meals. The pink and green plastic cups were on sale last year. I decided to use them this week. :P

I like to use the green plastic cups for growing new plants. Those cups are only for the garden. :)

8/1: Coffee with soy milk, three veggie egg rolls, brussel sprouts, vitamins, soy sauce.

8/2: Soy milk, two veggie soy patties, cherry tomato, hummus, vitamins.

8/3: Wheat crackers, soy cheese, hummus, vitamins.

July 31: I had Coffee with soy milk, vitamins, two acidophilus pills, two veggie egg rolls, orange juice with tonic water, cherry tomato, brussels sprouts, splash of rice vinegar and soy sauce.
